System Overview
Epoxy walls systems are utilized to provide a durable wall coating system
to areas such as clean rooms, food preparation, wash down areas and showers. The
system includes multiple coats of epoxy coating and embedded fiberglass matting,
the end result is a very durable wall coating that with stands constant cleaning,
impact and moderate chemical exposure. Ceilings can also be coated without the
fiberglass matting to provide protection on all surfaces.
Other options for wall design is the use of cement based backing board that
is impervious to water and takes high impact loads. The board is available from
¼" to ¾" in thickness with standard sheets being 4'X8'.
