System Overview
Epoxy Overlayments are mortar systems consisting of epoxy binding resins and
select aggregates. The mixture is applied by hand and/or machine troweling.
Typical overlayments are applied to the depths of ¼" or 1/8"
although sloping concrete substrates to drains may also be obtained. These systems
can be designed to accommodate standard areas of production and fork truck corridors
or adjusted to withstand chemical containment areas. Systems can also be installed
as a smooth surface or with various non-skid levels. Additional benefits are high
impact resistance,
heat dissipating properties for hot water wash downs and the
ability to resurface worn or rutted concrete.
